The Park At Eagle Creek Apartments

I was getting a bit frustrated trying to find a place to live , but then I came here and I spoke with Emily she took me on a few tours to give me options on units and she stayed in contact with me through my application process to help me along the way. I am so happy and thankful for my new home its quiet and just what I needed. Thank you to the office staff

The service is particularly bad. Emily and Vidal shirk responsibility from each other and refuse to solve the problem. I have been in contact for 8 months and still have not solved the problem. They do not answer calls and do not reply emails .Property fees are also added randomly. The deposit will not be refunded after check-out. He also told me you look like rich why you care about the deposit. It's unbelievable. It's my own money. Of course it must be returned to me. After contacting for so long, I still haven't refunded the money. Don't ever go to this terrible apartment, terrible company, terrible staff and terrible service. My friend suggested that I should sue them

This company is very hard to get in touch with as my family has tried contacting your corporate personnel for some time in regards to some issues. You leave the number to contact the office, but the hierarchy is just as bad at following up. Parks at Eagle Creek and Block as a whole gets a -f for service...
