The Crosswinds Apartments

Been here 3+ yrs great area to live in BUT since new management has taken over apartments are turning for the worst. Random adults that dont live here & children loud out all hours of the night. Trash scattered all over the apartment complex. Dumpsters full to capacity. Pet owners letting pets poop any and everywhere, when there's a dog park in the back. Residents have trash and boxes piled on their patio. this is becoming horrible

I wouldnt recommend anyone stay here. I wouldnt even let my worst enemy move in here. Management is incompetent more like slumlords. Since theyre remodeling units on the property they are allowing contractors to do construction at all hours of the night until 3am the last few nights. My bedroom closet has flooded due to construction. My utility closet flooded due to construction which caused my furnace to go out. And weve been with out heat with freezing temperatures for 4 days now.

Been here 3 years! Owners has changed 4 times! 3rd owner came in and raised the rent by 300 dollars with no heads up notice! Honestly the rent does not match what you get! They said they renovated but I have not personally seen any of them. Maintenance what's that?? We don't have that here. I've been waiting 2 months to get my disposal fixed and I'm still waiting! Some changes are nice like they do trash pick up every night which is helpful but there's alot that needs to be done and fixed. Right now it's just makeup on a pig!

I have lived there 3 years. There has been new owners every year. The rent goes up every year but they never update the apartments to accommodate the raise in rent. They can't keep maintenance personnel so you have to wait on a maintenance order.

So far especially being on the east side it's a nice place to live quiet and office will get the job done when you call
