        I been living in these apartments for 7 months. We have cars getting stolen, main doors are always propped opened, and the newest issue 24/7 maintenance isnt real 24/7. My apartment is currently 55 degrees. I made a maintenance request on a Monday. I had to evacuate my apartment on a Saturday afternoon as I could no longer withstand the temperature. The property management could be a lot better! The communication is lack luster. Just my 7 months there Ive heard gun shots go off, witnessed a fire near my apartment, and trash cans overflowing for day. If you check the website the amenities include a clubhouse and fireplace which is incorrect . Please think twice before making your decision!

        Super ghetto neighbors, people break cars and steal from here. The only good thing I can say about this place is Maintenance, they always fix your stuff fast, thats all. Also for every single unit building is a washer and dryer, expect people leaving their nasty clothes up 3 days and you cant do laundry im just telling you.
