Not from the area, tried to call a couple of times to confirm location and hours. No answer. Hours show open til 6 on Saturday, so came anyway. Called another location to confirm this because when I came to the Greenwood mall store at 530 they were closed and not a person in sight. My guess, they had been closed for a while. Must be nice to set your own hours even though you don't own the store. No sense of responsibility or customer service.

I went to Sallys a few days ago to look for a new color. Ive done every color under the rainbow and wasnt sure what I should do next. I asked one of the workers what color they thought I would look good in, and they listened to my concerns and the input of my husband and my sister. I had yellow hair before this, and they explained which colors would be more successful. Ive been doing and learning hair for seven years, and they were very educated and so so so kind! By far my best experience at any Sallys! They even asked me to come back and show them the results :)
