This location is RIDICULOUS. I have been trying to reach the pharmacy for hours and no one has came to the phone. I call a different one and they answer right away. I was forced to go into the store since no one was answering calls and it was literally empty with a bunch of people in the pharmacy ignoring pharmacy calls. Also no manager available in the store. I will be switching pharmacy's. They are beyond slow and it takes them HOURS to fill prescriptions. You would think they werent 24 hours.

A script was called in by my childs doctor. When the doc called back a few hours later to check on why I wasnt able to pick up yet, was told they hadnt checked their voicemail for a few hours. (Red flag right there) Then when a new order was put in, they told the doc it would be ready for me, but when I went to pick it up, I was told it wouldnt be ready for a few more hours. It was already 9pm by the time they finally had the script, but refused to fill it for me while I was right there in front of them. My child was sick, and needed the medicine that night. Now I have to wait til morning to get the medicine. How uncaring.

They give you the wrong pills, wrongs doses and are very rude and unhelpful when you attempt to call them and speak with them regarding the problems, also Dr. faxes 3 meds to them on same page and they claim they only have the one.

What a dismal display of professionalism and a clear disconnect between mgnt and public. Newly dedicated app line completely and consistently ignored. Using the app was supposed to eliminate, at least reduce, the wait. It cannot work if mgnt does not address the abysmal staffing problem. In addition, for employees to whine about staffing to the public proves very poor mgnt. Why does mgnt and corp allow such poor reviews to go unchecked? Though just a few block from home, I am seriously looking at moving 'scripts to a properly run business. Simply inexcusable.
