      About
      Park Community Credit Union

      Our History and Mission Park Community was established in 1965 to serve the employees of General Electrics Appliance Park in Louisville, Kentucky, hence the name Park Federal Credit Union. Park continued to grow over the years serving GE employees in other states, and we eventually expanded our services to over 500 Select Employment Groups (SEGs). In 2003, Park became a Community Chartered Credit Union, opening its doors to anyone who lives, works, worships, goes to school, or volunteers in the nine-county Louisville Metro Area. With our new focus on serving the community, we changed our name to Park Community Federal Credit Union.

      image My fianc and I went to this branch even though it is 15 minutes further than our home branch in new Albany. The staff there are full of life and went above and beyond my wildest expectations in helping solve an issue. Never in my life of 58 years have I ever had a banking experience like this. I was a real estate investor in a large market and had hundreds of banking transactions so my scale is what one may consider broad. God bless the folks at Clarkesville Community Credit Union.
