The ladies that worked at 3:15 on Thursday 1/4....im.not really sure why other then to stand and chit chat with one another. I could remember the brand I was looking for, they couldn't look it up. They then said you didn't carry the product I was looking for. Actually described it to a T but the one I finally got to help me said there is nothing like that here. I found it. But it wasn't stocked. Just really unhelpful and disappointing. The other ladies I have been helped with were great. Not these two.

I stopped by the Sephora in Kohls in Greenwood to pick up a last minute gift. The unexpected and very appreciated gift I did find was the gift of excellent customer service. The sales rep, Natalie, was kind, energetic, and very knowledgeable of the products. She greeted EVERY customer with a smile, positivity, and high energy. She went over and beyond assisting me with my purchase. Her manager, Jordan, also assisted me with the same high energy, and superior customer service. This was a very refreshing experience.
