Do yourself a favor do not go with this bank I am not working and I won't have a paycheck for 2 weeks they want to put a $7 monthly fee on my account and if I don't have the $7 in there they will charge me a $22 overdraft fee this is dirty this is sick screw them I'm leaving

The branch manager on DuPont is incompetent. I could go on about all the troubles that Ive had with PNC, but the best thing that I can tell anyone is to bank anywhere but PNC.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I've been a pnc customer for over a decade and the last 3 months have been living hell.
First they convince me they have this awesome service for my business. Its gonna be everything I need. So I go in for a visit. I sit for TWO AND A HALF HOURS. I decide to purchase the Clover Flex.
What a headache.
Since this purchase I've been back to the branch multiple times for assistance. Come to find out, they want more money. Hidden fees I was never told about. So now my only options to have this "great business utensil" is to PAY MORE MONEY or I RETURN the equipment for a buy back. No assistance on just making the price what they orginally said it would be.
I've now returned my equipment 2+ WEEKS AGO and still fighting to get my money back.
I call merchant services again (because they're supposed to be of some kind of help) where they inform me that there is NO refund and that I've FORFEITED my $600!
When I say that PNC has been a whole scam and waste of time and money, that's being polite. I cant give my clients my time back, I cant get paid for all they've wasted, and they're surely not going to compensate me for wasting hours of time.
Kim and Amy, the store managers... boy oh boy.. talk about LACK OF COMMUNICATION. They've both said they'd keep me updated and have continuously dropped that ball.
Do not do business with this bank. None of them are knowledgable on anything they're selling nor can they help you once they screw you over.
