I spoke to Tim about getting a printout I needed. When he couldn't find what I was looking for he asked me if I was at the correct institution (as if I was a feeble minded woman who doesn't know the name of my bank even though you can see in the computer I've been banking here over a decade?) He also tried to talk me into opening a savings account, which I declined because I have no need. He responded by telling me that I needed to have more discipline if I wanted to stop being poor.

We have our mortgage and are currently moving all of our financials here! Tim has helped my wife and I out so much. He never met us before but has always been amazing. He is the most trust worthy and kind man I have ever met and I will continue my business with him from now on. Go see him for any of your needs. We love fifth third. Thank you.

Tim Decker was absolutely awesome! I felt understood and appreciated during my entire experience. Tim went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and because of Tim I will be banking with Fifth Third again!!
