        PNC as an institution doesnt rate five stars but a banker there named Ms.Jailyn does. She made the account opening process very easy. She explained everything completely and concisely. I cant imagine they have anyone better at the Coliseum branch.

        Well I was kind of upset that my minimum balance went up $1500.00 so I had to call and file a dispute for being charged for something I didn't sign up for but it was fixed. The reason for this review is to show my dissatisfaction for how my money was being handled. I do get it that PNC is not doing so good and they are closing banks in the double digits so staff may have made a mistake but it's no excuse. I hope they do better in the near future
