        I was sent broken Clover devices that won't even turn on. PNC won't replace the devices, fix them, or even take them back and refund me what I paid for them. I have called Clover over this issue and PNC is definitely the problem. After months of broken devices, lost profits, and getting the run-around, the outright lies, and rude behavior from PNC, I closed all of my accounts at PNC. PNC then turned around and reported my business as permanently closed to Dunn & Bradstreet and various other credit reporting agencies which has complicated getting grants that my business was selected for. If you don't want you or your small business to face unnecessary problems and disruption, then I would highly advise not using PNC period especially this location.
