GREAT EXPERIENCE AND VERY FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGABLE STAFF!

I take my car here for service/recalls. Always clean, always have snacks & drinks, and I've never seen an upset employee- including the mechanics.

Six weeks to get a vehicle that is under warranty in for repairs is ridiculous and unacceptable.

The service is always good. The prices are reasonable and the wait time is rarely more than 45 minutes.

Horrible service, took over 6 months to get work done, horrible communication and horrible experience. I would not recommend this place or this dealership to anyone.

I love Lucas Oil! The service is always top tier and everyone is very knowledgeable! I know my car is in safe hands.

Only reason it's not 5nstats is because they were short staffed (not their fault) but iy took a bit longer. I've never had a problem here.
