Disorganized doesnt even begin to describe it. Was told by the office that I have an appointment today at 3:00, the therapist I go with says otherwise. Sick and tired of screwing around with this incompetent organization. I am in a fragile state right now, and the office and therapist pointing the blame at each other is very frustrating and not helpful at all.

Very frustrating scheduling. If you're lucky enough to land an intake appointment, you may be met with the rude and uncaring representative that I had. Then, you are not even guaranteed to have a consistent caregiver who will help manage your meds, but a different one instead. Therapists can only see you once every 3 weeks or so, and they may spend the first 20 minutes out of the 50 given doing paperwork that can easily be done outside of the short amount of time. Customer quality care is alright, and a 24/7 crisis line provided by Aspire is available, so it isn't all terrible. I just wish people in this area took healthcare as careful and as serious as it should be.
