Not impressed. TLDR: If you want easy access to hormone treatment and are good with managing all of the logistics on your own, and possibly low to no answers or support for more complex scenarios, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, take your money elsewhere. The clinic isn't really much more than an injection farm. Overall the staff is friendly and polite, but the cost/value was subpar in my experience. In every case where I needed/wanted more information, callbacks were promised but never received. I always had to call back several days later (a week in at least one case) to get answers. Appointments aren't established proactively, no form of reminders, and really no instruction that appointments, refills, etc. are up to you. The first time I needed a refill, I expected to be able to pick up the Rx from the clinic, only to be told that between by last appointment and that point in time, they had changed how they managed Rxs and they all had to be shipped - no more in office pickups. At the end of the day that's not a big deal, but when you're low on meds and no advance warning had been sent, it's incredibly frustrating. As for scheduling, recurring treatments like this aren't hard to estimate for timing, and proactive scheduling and bloodwork reminders should be standard for a premium service like IMC claims to be. Every docs office asks if you want to schedule ahead of time when you're leaving. Even if appt's and refills are on the patient's shoulders to manage, I never got a call back post-bloodwork with results. Each time I had to call in to get those results, and in the event someone wasn't available, I was told I would get a call back, which in turn never happened. In one case I had a significant drop in one number that indicated (potentially) other issues that no one caught until I pointed it out. When finally talking to the NP/MD, I was basically told, "huh, that's weird, I don't know" with no adjustment to treatment. I ended up going to another clinic to review the same blood work which yielded several potential issues and a path to address. Finally, when cancelling my account, I waited nearly a (calendar) week for a call back. When calling back in for an update, I was told the account had been cancelled already. No form of update before that, no email, no call, no way to ensure payments were cancelled, but ultimately not surprised. So, if you want easy access to hormone treatment and are good with managing all of the logistics on your own, and possibly low to no answers or support for more complex scenarios, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, take your money elsewhere.

I cant stress enough how great these guys are. I was literally on the verge of losing my marriage and they saved it. ED is no joke, it affects everything and these guys were my last hope. I'm happy to report that things are much better on the home front and I couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!

I came in after reading their reviews and very skeptical. I had been taking pills off and on for several years with mixed results. I did the initial test for $99. I was very up front and told them I was not ready to commit and did not feel pressured in any way to buy. I told them if I was going to spend that kind of money, I was going to think about it. After a coupe of days, I chose the 30 day plan. It is a little pricey, but well worth the investment. My wife absolutely loved the results, as did I. They delivered as promised. The injections work better (and longer, much to my wife's satisfaction) than expected.
