        I must say that I have been to a lot of C&P exams before and never really felt like some examiners were compassionate and were willing to listen as you try to convey your thoughts, but Mrs. Rachel Sanchez did in fact take time to listen to my concerns, perform a thorough exam with measurements, compassionate, and DID NOT RUSH ME OUT! And the staff were inviting as well! Good, bad or indifferent, I felt like I was respected and given a fair assessment.

        They started blitzing me with texts and calls to call them back, wait on hold 20-30 minutes because of long call volumes, only to tell me to travel hours for an appointment. Once a closer location became available we scheduled for that date. Robo call tells me of a different date. Now that process again? Customer service is rude and redundant or

        The VA needs to stop wasting veterans' time and money with their one-time appointment reschedule rule for QTC managed retirement claims. Regardless, Dr. Stiller and his receptionist are awesome and took care of me during my visit. Thanks!
