I cannot say enough nice things about the people who work at the Voice Clinic. Mine is an unusual case and I have been treated with nothing but respect and civility. The office staff are kind and courteous (and quite humorous as well). The doctors are very professional while keeping an attitude that makes you feel as though you're visiting with an old friend. The girls in the office have gone out of their way to get my insurance company to cover as much as possible and have NEVER made me feel as though they value money over my care.
I'm hoping very much that I can have Dr. Halum perform my vocal procedure in the near future, as I truly believe that she is excellent at her job.
One negative I would bring up--which is not a negative toward the staff in any way--is that I really wish they accepted CareCredit for payment.

I am far from disgruntled! In fact, I’ve sent SEVERAL patients your way! You must feel guilty for how you all played me, but I’ve heard how karma is doing this business I don’t have to do a single thing! You mentioned “via temp agency” as if you didn’t have a choice! But you chose me as I am a professional and promote employee! But it’s clear you like mess and drama as there was no need to respond to my one star!

I went to previous ENTs with chronic hoarseness but they could never figure out the problem. Dr. Halum and her staff finally figured it out and I finally have my voice back. I would strongly recommend the Voice Clinic of Indiana for anyone with chronic hoarseness!
