I've been seeing Dr. Shipchandler and his wonderful nursing staff for 6 years now, and I wouldn't choose anyone else. I trust them completely and I am beyond satisfied with the care they've provided. Everyone has made me feel heard and understood - I especially appreciate the sincerity and kindness of each nurse I met. Dr. Shipchandler himself has walked me through all aspects of my initial nose surgery (and later procedures), allowing me to steer my own treatment while guiding me with extensive expertise. Prior to my septo-rhinoplasty, I was able to see the final result and give input on it using simulation software. Dr. Shipchandler kept me from going too extreme with alterations, informing me about the science of nasal appearance (several things I thought I wanted turned out to be very uncanny valley). His goal was to keep my nose MY nose - just better. I'll always remember what he said: "If you run into someone you haven't seen in 5 years, they'll think you look better, but they won't be able to pinpoint *why*." In addition, because I would be paying for the cosmetic portion out of pocket, Dr. Shipchandler gathered as much information as possible on procedure codes and price points. It was an immense help in my financial planning and I was thoroughly impressed; I felt in control of my own care the entire time. Additional info, more TL;DR: I returned years later for assistance with a different kind of nasal blockage and again recently for unrelated throat issues. On both of these occasions, Dr. Shipchandler listened attentively, understood my problems, and provided me with several options to move forward. After a VivAer procedure and getting my uvula removed (both with fantastic results), I mentioned one other perceived issue with my nose/sinuses. In a display of honesty and decency in an expert opinion, Dr. Shipchandler surprised me by explaining the risks of further surgeries and vehemently recommending we avoid that route. It immediately reminded me of common complaints that some doctors are just "in it for the money," and will push whatever treatment is most expensive regardless of the patient. He did not dismiss my concerns, but I was impressed that he ruled out surgery immediately for the sake of my well-being. I know some people want as much info as they can get when it comes to physicians, but I'll still apologize for the length of this review. Really I just wanted to share my experience, and explain the reasons why I've loved going to this office; and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

This dr doesn't care about his patients, he did surgery on me last March and he messed up my nose to the point that I need to get a total reconstruction of my nose, he removed all my cartilage that my nose collapsed and also he did extra surgery that he was not authorized to do ,beware and his after care is zero

I had a complicated tonsillectomy and rhinoplasty/septoplasty with Dr Shipchandler and team. I had some rare bleeding complications, but Dr Ship and his entire team took amazing care of me. They were on top of it, thorough, pulled in specialist for me to find out why my blood wasn't clotting. They worked together as a team for me. I felt supported and confident that I had some of the best minds/Drs working on my issues. Several of his team stopped in to check on me in the ER, and during my hospital stays. Even though it wasn't an ideal situation, I still feel this is a great group and highly recommend .

I had a septoplasty performed by Dr. Shipchandler in March. The whole process was very easy! His staff was amazing and always answered any questions I had. The surgery itself went great, and even though its still healing I can already breathe so much better! Ive had no issues outside of normal healing.
