        I have gone to this practice for about five years. The staff has always been friendly, but three out of the three doctors/NPs I have seen there have resigned with no communication from the office. Each time I have called to make an appointment and the staff said they sent a letter I never received. Each time there hasnt been a plan in place for refilling medications, and there are very tenuous plans for having a backup doctor send prescriptions to pharmacies until youre able to find a new doctor or wait for them to have a replacement. I stayed the first two times it happened because I love the office staff, but it just happened a third time. Im not sure what causes the turnover, but the stress of being shuffled around without communication or effective plans has led me to move to another practice.
