Employee gave the worst customer service I think I've ever experienced and the inside of the vehicle was so dirty. I would never rent a car from this location again.

I have been coming to this budget location for the past 3 + years, outstanding customer service. Cars are always clean and available. Can't say enough good things about John. Recently met district managers on location, everyone was super friendly, making customers feel more like family.

Worst customer service I've ever received. Pretty sure the owner is a crack head. The car I rented had dirty underwear and trash inside and the alignment was messed up. I had to drive all the way to O'Hare airport to switch it for another vehicle and that one had bad tires and the maintenance light went off. After I dropped the car off I was a minute earlier than drop off time and they tried to charge me for a late fee. Not only do I strongly recommend staying away from this budget I caution to stay away from budget PERIOD
P.s they told they would give me a full refund and they never did instead charged my card twice for the reservation
Stick with Enterprise
