The workers were super rude and barely looked up from their phones when I walked in. They also said the security deposit could only be done with the card used to make the reservation, so I had to Venmo money between my accounts to do so. Then the deposit was listed as a charge on my account, and over a month later, I still didn't see it reflected in my account. Customer service claimed it was a hold and not a charge, but the money did not show up as an available balance. My experience with Avis has taught me that I'd rather pay more money to another company in order to avoid ever using Avis if/when I need a rental car.

Car we picked up was covered in crumbs and food droppings. Even the seats. It was pretty gross. Please do better.

Horrible service. Got a call 20 minutes before my reservation and on my way to pick up that they didn't have my car but only a bigger car for more money. I said I didn't need a bigger car. The manager told me that was my problem not his. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. NEVER RENT HERE.
