The team at Pro Reconstruction did a great job replacing our frozen pipe, removing damaged walls, and making everything look like new. They were able to take care of all the problems we had without having to hire several other companies! The entire team was also friendly and professional throughout the entire process.

TLDR - they are incredible.
(*Note: this is from work done in October of 2023).
From the start, their estimator, Steve, gave a great and honest assessment of the damages and the work that needed to be done to repair it. Once we decided to go with them, we were transitioned to their project manager, Patryk, who was communicative, responsive, honest and accommodating - exactly what you want from your PM.
As far as the work, they repaired our issue (water damage to our floors) and even made sure to cover extra items if they felt it wasn't up to their standard. On top of that, they even finished a few days ahead of schedule.
Overall, we were really happy with the experience and if you have an opportunity to choose them for your project, don't hesitate - you're in great hands.
