i appreciated Ben coming out on short notice to evaluate our issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, quick to provide a quote and helped me better understand our options. Im also very grateful to have his number in my hip pocket should we ever need him again. If you have an unfortunate incident w/ leaky sink or water damage, this is the guy to call. They do both mitigation and restoration.

Wished I could give more than five stars, Ben has been nothing but amazing, super responsive, extremely professional in his assessment, and at no time did I ever feel like he was trying to sell anything on me. Highly recommend him and his team!

Ben came out to evaluate mold growth due to a bathroom leak, and gave us great advice on how to proceed. He was super informative, factual, and genuinely wanted to help. I definitely recommend using Ben and Servpro of central Schaumburg/west Bloomingdale! Service: Mold inspection

I wish I could give Ben and his team 10 stars! They did a mold remediation project for me and from the first interaction with Ben he was professional and took time to help me understand the process and what was going to happen each step of the way. He was always extremely responsive when I had any questions or just to update the progress. Since this project was going to require removal of the hot water heater plus HVAC, Ben went out of his way to get the hot water heater reinstalled as quickly as possible, so at least we could have hot showers during the work. Following the work, they were prompt to come back and fix anything on the punch list and went above and beyond when the work the HVAC company they hired to remove and reinstall the system wasn't up to par. Ben really stood behind his work and took in every sense of the word. I don't see a lot of people or business operating that way and it was such a breathe of fresh air to not have someone make excuses and instead just make it right. I wish that Ben and his team could take care of everything at our house! Service: Mold remediation
