Ryan, Steve, and Pauric came out and they were great! Super approachable and were able to answer all of my questions with a smile on their face. They were all very professional and extremely friendly. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new home. This is our first home after 25 years so all of this was new to us, they were great! Can't say enough nice things about them.

Spyglass/Ryan continues to be the best of the best. I've used this company for back to back inspections and as a first time homeowner, they do a superb job. Ryan and his team are extremely thorough and they take the time to educate you on certain issues that you never thought you needed to know about.
On my first property, Spyglass team saved me over $50k in potential issues if I had gone through with the property. For the 2nd property, Ryan did a nice job pointing out the good and the bad.
Best part about working with the Spyglass team is that they do not make you feel rushed or that they need to be somewhere else. All members focus on the current property and understand the importance of each and every inspection. Even the seller's agents, both times, asked for their information after Spyglass was complete because they were thoroughly impressed!
