A Plus Restoration did an amazing job. We had the unfortunate circumstances of having a water leak. It damaged the bathroom tile, our adjoining bedroom wood flooring, and the ceiling below. They did the initial mitigation work. Which we were very impressed at how quickly, neatly and efficiently they did the demo work to begin with. Have seen so many companies destroy areas with no care. Their great work helped us make the easy decision to also hire them for the repairs. They provided an incredibly detailed estimate so we knew exactly what would need to be done for each room. They are fair priced and very reasonable with identifying tasks not needed. They were incredibly great to work with. Every employee who came to do the different projects arrived timely and were very respectful and friendly. Any future home remodel work or emergency work we will definitely be going to them. We greatly appreciate the work they did and recommend them. Pictures shown of damage, in progress repairs and the final results. The ceiling was amazing. It looks like there was never any damage to begin with. Wood flooring looks better than it did before. The bathroom tile was so great that it even inspired us to repaint the whole bathroom.
