I am elated when I found out about the company LBR! Tom is amazing! His communication is professional and he has an excellent response time. Tom is friendly. He actually helps you with humorous conversations especially in your hard times. I needed it when I had an apartment fire. Tom inspected my apartment. He told me everything he needed to do. Him and his crewmates were professional, quick, thorough and friendly. They completed the work when expected, and the amount of the repairs was reasonable priced. Working with Tom has been an absolute breathe of fresh air after detecting water in our basement that we recently finished. I first called Tom on a Saturday and he was at our property within a couple hours to inspect, assess and devise a clean up strategy. With Tom's expanded knowledge of buildings and construction he uncovered the source of the water quickly and efficiently. Tom also helped us source other professional services to aid in gaining a clearer picture on why we were getting water in our basement. His work was professional, clean, and precise, and he never tried to push us to do more than what was truly needed for the job. I highly recommend LBR and Tom.

Working with competent professionals is something we all want. The help I received from Tom and his team was beyond exceptional. When you leave your basement window open, resulting in a flood, these fellas came through for us with flying colors. Tom and his team walked us through the process step by step and stuck by their word and their projected time frame. Having your basement flooded and gutted is never a pleasant experience, but these guys were without a doubt the silver lining. They always kept me updated and if ever I had a question all I had to do was call them. These guys are indeed the best of the best in the restoration world. I highly recommend them without reservation!
