I had a very good experience buying a car at this facility. Carlos and George were warm and friendly and made me feel like my decision was a good one. No matter what, the car I purchased would be right for me. I found one issue with my car a few days after purchase and Carlos assured me the issue will be resolved. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quality used car and a quick purchasing process once your decision has been made.

Carlos and George made our car buying experience super simple. They were incredibly informative on the best options for us and got us into the exact car we wanted without any b.s. After a month of annoying, dishonest car dealers...working with hertz in schaumburg was such a relief. Wish I could give 10 stars.

I had no hope by the time I applied here due to all the bad news I was receiving from the other dealerships but I applied and Im no glad I did. George Reusch and Carlos Landeverde called me with Great news and I was approved for the exact car that wanted. Outstanding team and literally had everything I already completely ready to go when I got there to pick up my new Chevrolet Malibu that I absolutely love. Ive been recommending people since Ive left and one of my friends that was also having trouble finding a car she applied the next day after I gave her the steps on applying and got approved also she has been thanking me every since. I appreciate you guys so very much and I will definitely be back in the future and continue sending people in.
