We drove 2 hours to find the vehicle we wanted at this dealership. The whole process was great and the staff was excellent. They made us feel comfortable. We wouldn't mind driving up there again to purchase another vehicle in the future

This location was a big disappointment from the service I usually receive when I take my Honda in. I called to make an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation and person on the phone wouldn't give me a price estimate. Once I arrived for my appt, I did not know I would then be told I need several other services that totaled $743. I was then called on the phone and advised to spend $355 more, which I declined. My 2018 Honda Civic is only four years old and has well below the average mileage for a four-year old car. After going to pick up my car, I was NOT given a debrief of the test done on my car (which I have always gotten at other places. Always). I had to keep asking questions to even get someone to talk to me about the state of my car. I feel like I was pushed to spend so much for a routine service, then was just an ATM to them as they processed my payment. Then, after paying, I had to wait a long time to even get my car? I had to ask two people for my car keys--only when I frustratedly ask did I finally get my car. Then I had to ask the service member where my car is? Like I should just know where it is after the keys are handed to me? I then got second opinions from others and was told the service was incredibly overpriced. How frustrating. Very disappointed in this entire experience. I will not be coming back. I do not want your manager replying to this review being performative and asking me "to reach out to their office so they can address my concern". I want others to be aware of this place. Find somewhere else to service your car.
