Zeigler Maserati

I saw a car online and went to see the car. First of all, they make it seem as they're doing you a favor by selling you this car. It took about 5 hours to see the car agree on a price then for them to go back on their word. We initially disagreed on the price and I was going to leave, but the manager changed his mind and agreed on my offer. I had some conditions with the agreement and he said no problem. They ran my credit to start the financing then changed their mind on the negotiation because of one of my conditions. So in the end, I walked out because they wanted to raise the price even though the initial agreed upon conditions were all included.

Had the pleasure of working with raul, Steve, and Matt. Raul and I were going back and forth for a while and he was very patient the whole time and answering any questions and helping me out. Matt went for a ride along with me and took the time to explain many things about the vehicle and I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me unnecessary things he just told me what was actually needed for my Maserati. I could tell that they were doing their best to get me in and out efficiently and took extra time to answer all my questions I could tell they really were trying to help me will definitely be coming back.

The financial manager hold us for 5 hours then the car got sold to someone else even we got approved right the way. Very bad experience
