Unprofessional customer services and individuals! They need to be trained more on how to run the business and treat their customers! The worse is when you book an appointment 2 days in advance, to be there on time and then someone will shock you by! Oh sorry our computer systems are down and we cant do anything for you! BTW, The car service doesnt need a computer systems but needs people who do the job manually. Once the customer is present, you have to act fast and solve your problem instead of letting him leave embarrassed loosing his valuable time, mileages to drive all the way to your location and then no even apologies. So sad, well never use you again!!
To the concerned superiors of this Lincoln branch, Customer service is the key of success! Plz train your employees

Great selection of new and used vehicles. Salesman Victor Ameti had excellent product knowledge of the inventory and finance manager Nick Magdalin was able to cement the deal together. All around very pleasant to work with.
