Alpine Inn

The staff was okay, the "breakfast" they offer shouldn't be called that. It was just cereal and bite size bagels and donuts. I had a smoking room and the mattress was for sure the worst I've ever slept on at any hotel. The room was clean but had a bad muggly odor. The tv had a few channels but it was an old tv from the '90s. It wasn't worth the price at all. I've had better accommodation at the red roof inn or comfort inn.

I swear they is so unprofessional at the alpine Inn the workers and the owner Scott was so rude and talked to me and my daughter like we was nobody's and I have more then one video to prove how me and my kids was talked to and how me and my kids were treated by Scott the owner lied on by Shannon one of the workers Food & drinks: Good restaurants that's all

Best Hotel in rockford in my experience although the rooms are not located inside a building that makes it even better You can park right in front of your room door they are very clean very professional Amy made sure my stay was perfect and welcoming she always was very professional and knowledgeable.part of my stay was when I locked my car keys inside my car it was cold and raining.One of the hotel managers seen me struggling and stopped gave me a helping hand and did his best and actually got my keys from inside I don't know what type of magic he did but I was so grateful he helped me save hundred of dollars because I would have had to call a locksmith!..the rates are super affordable.overall a good location that's always safe and quite I will book a stay at alpine in anytime during this time I stayed at many hotels until my house got repaired and alpine inn was the best one and most welcoming place and convent by all kinds of stores.
