Chase Bank

Terrible just Terrible, before choosing chase look into consumer-affairs for all the wrong chase does to its clients. I opened a new account just to have it closed one week later without notice (again notice banks can close your account without reason but they do need to give notice). when called into to find-out why which was already late they accepted my direct deposits and held onto my money for a month. I had to go one month without pay which depleted my emergency savings and I accumulated over $400 in late fees just because they wouldn't give me reasonable notice. DO NOT BANK AT CHASE!!!!

I went in to open an account because an ad said it cost 25 dollars to open, but the manager wanted 100 in the account for it to open. The ad said 25 dollars though.

When u start the account and tell them u don't want funds taken out if there is not enough and it happens anyways and when u call n get told basically u have to pay the insufficient fund fee. Guess we will be switching banks never had this issue with any other bank.
