What I like about Reading Plumbing is they go right to work and fix what I called them for. They are professional, courteous, and they have an interest in taking care of the customer,. I would highly recommend Reading Plumbing! In addition, I would like to recognize Bob and Colin, who were the to men who came to our home to unclog our drain. When I had an issue with an older water softener unit that eventually lead me to shutting off water to the whole house. I put out calls and messages to several area plumbing companies to seek repairs to the unit. The first response immediately went into a sales pitch. The next two said my unit was to old and that they only worked on units that they install and didnt even offer to replace my existing unit with one of theirs, it was just sorry we cant help you! Then Reading Plumbing contacted me, they listened to my situation first then offered me solutions to my problem. We finally decided the old unit was too outdated to repair and went with another. They were out within 48hrs, they were very friendly and very professional. The plumbers came in and went right to work. They replaced the old outdated one piece unit with a three piece modern one. They were very clean, and they even disposed of the old unit. Once installed, they went over everything they could about the new unit and any questions (which was only one) that they couldnt answer, he contacted the manufacturer with the question. They left the area looking like they hadnt even been there. I am one HAPPY customer! I can not recommend this plumbing service enough. Very friendly, thoughtful, clean, knowledgeable, professional, and quick. I give them a five star PLUS two thumbs up. Also, they came in under the original estimate.
