I had a routine water heater flush performed by this company. It was a breath of fresh air when the associate came to my door. Robert was friendly and thoughtful I told him not to worry about my floors as he walked through but he took extra precautions by putting bags over his shoes before trekking through my home. Even took the time to greet my dog and made the atmosphere relaxed. 5 out of 5 stars for sure.

We had a wonderful experience with Arnold Plumbing. Robert gave us an estimate and explained to me everything they were going to do. I dont know much about playing plumbing and he explained it clearly. They replaced our sewage, ejector and sump pump and replaced two toilets. The team arrived on time, worked diligently and cleaned up after themselves. If we had any other plumbing issues, I wouldnt hesitate to call them again

Robert and Jorge came in today and were professional and courteous they couldnt solve my whole problem today, but got scheduled and took care of what they could to resolve it until it could all be fixed. Very helpful and very timely.

Great experience. Dale was professional and determined to fix a very difficult problem. He was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. He explained upfront what he was going to do and did just that. Provided options, we discussed and he pros and cons of each, independent of cost. Ended up going with lower cost option as it made most sense after he explained in unbiased manner. Have had problems with plumbers in past. Will be adding Arnold and Sons to my list of preferred providers. Highly recommend Dale.
