Heather's service is top notch and she's deffinetly my angel. she's soo amazing knowledgeable strong professional and in my experience has a big heart. She has the best Plumbing business Ever. She went over and beyond my expectation. I'm forever grateful for her and her kind heart.I recommend her to all that has any Plumbing issues. 5 stars isnt enough. Heather was our plumber for a couple of years and did great. Something must have changed in 2021. Over the last two weeks, she did not show up for three different appointments. Not only that, but we didn't even get a call or text to reschedule or explain why. Is it really that hard to take two seconds and text someone that you aren't coming so we aren't spending the entire day waiting for you? You may wonder why we gave her three chances. On the first two, I had to to text and call multiple times to even reach her (she never bothered to say why she couldn't come). We try to assume the best in people. Like I said, she WAS good. Emergencies happen, and things come up. We were very understanding at first, obviously, or we wouldn't keep trying . Still, you have to communicate with your clients! Example: at 2pm I texted "Are you still coming today?" for a 2:30 appointment just to check. I was rushing home to make sure I would be there on time (even if it is not an emergency, we also have to rearrange our schedules for you, Heather). She replied to that message and said yes that we were next. The entire evening went by and the next day, too-- no call, no text, no explanation. This is the THIRD TIME IN A ROW. I am sorry, Heather, but this is so unprofessional and unacceptable. I guess it needs to be said: PLEASE AT LEAST contact your customers if you aren't going to be able to make it. If someone can't be bothered to even do that, then I can't be bothered to give them any more business. It shows exactly how much we mean to you, which must be nothing. I'm very disappointed, and I am only writing this review so others may not have the stress I've had in constantly rescheduling and wondering who is going to help us. Didn't even show up and didn't bother to answer the phone when I tried to call and find out what the issue was. If you don't want to do the work don't agree to it.
