B and L plumbing came out and fixed a tub leak. Later I discovered that it was leaking again in the same area. B and L plumbing came out again and diagnosed the leak as a different new leak but never scheduled a day to come out to fix it. Its been a month and American Home shield can't get in contact with them or get response. I've called at least 6 times and American home shield says that they can't close it out since they diagnosed it. They can't do anything until they get in contact with B and L Plumbing . I paid the fee a month ago. Just waiting on them. Its been a month and I'm just typing this up in hopes of getting a response to whats going on so I can move forward and get my leak problem solved. I recently had a very slow kitchen drain. I tried calling a plumber Ive used in the past but they never called me back. I saw one of BLs vans in my neighborhood and decided to reach out. I was able to fill out a contact form online late one night. I received quick response that they received the request. They called the next day , discussed my issue, and set up an appointment within a couple days. They arrived on time and the plumber was very pleasant to work with and fixed my issue accurately. Kirk and Zach came to my house to replace my garbage disposal and snake the pipe. They both are on time, very professional and outstanding in everything. They did an excellent job. Cleaned up everything and the price was competitive. I highly recommend BL plumbing.
