        Late Sunday evening one of our younger kids came running upstairs saying the basement was flooding. We went to discover a partially flooded area in our finished basement. We have 8 people in this house and we couldnt even flush a toilet without yucky toilet water coming up through the drain. We called Mr. rooter and within a min I had a call back from a very nice gentleman. Daqavion was super prompt and came right out to us on a late Sunday evening. He was very kind and respectful. He cleaned out the pipes in no time and we were very pleased. We loved that he could help us on such a short notice! We will definitely be using this service again.
