I rented a vehicle from my local enterprise in Chicago for our family vacation. Along the way, we encountered some mechanical issues with our vehicle. We reached out to enterprise support. They advised to take the vehicle to this enterprise location and they would send the location a roadside exchange notification. When I arrived at the location, the lady at the counter was extremely rude and said they have to save their inventory for their customers. Even though it is an extremely small airport with almost no commuters there at the time. I even looked up their inventory online and saw that they had plenty of vehicles available. I'm certain they didn't want to give us a vehicle because of the color of our skin. It's ashamed that enterprise employs individuals that still judge people based solely on their skin color. The representative seemed as she has trouble understanding the most basic of concepts so I'm not surprised honestly. Please rent from any of the many other options at this airport.

This was my first time renting a car. They were incredibly patient with me and explained everything so well that I had absolutely no issues finding the parking area, understanding the terms, etc.
The crew was very prompt and professional. The entire process was painless. I can't wait to work with them again.
