Ordered for delivery at 9:20pm, confirmed. Receive in progress, food being made email with est delivery time of 9:55. Receive email saying no longer in progress at 10:03. Called Potbelly store direct, who disavowed all responsibility of the order cancel and told me for refund 'they had no clue, call doordash'. Nice customer service. Won't be back

Great customer service, were out of a topping for the chicken pot pie soup and the worker at 7:08 PM, 04/01 was sweet enough to let me know on the phone because my mom cant speak English well. Someone should praise her for great customer service. Plus everything was done well.

The guy making the sandwiches was insanely rude and impatient and then the guy putting on the condiments seemed straight up miserable and made the sandwich wrong. There are a lot of other great places to eat in Oak Park - Ill go to one of them next time. Id already had a hard day and this experience made it just a bit worse.

I ordered online for delivery. My order confirmation said it would be delivered at 4:30 ( this is what I was counting on for my daughter's dinner before gymnastics practice) I called to check on the order status 10 minutes later only to find out that in fact there system doesn't work like that and the order doesn't come through to them until 4:25. They make it and then they have to wait for door dash to pick it up and have no idea how long that will take. The worst part is that Potbelly corporate has nowhere on their website where I can even let them know about this gross misrepresentation and now I have no dinner for my child! So one star it is and I guess I'm done with Potbellys considering they really couldn't care less about hearing from their customers!
