Recently bought a condo serviced by this management company. They are the most responsive building managers I have dealt with in a long time. There's a guy named Barry who has cheerfully put up with every question under the sun from me. Quick action on everything. Wanted to thank him and his staff through this review.

Danggg this place rated properly. They wanna see you/talk to you to get in but want nothing to do with you once you need maintenance/help/info/follow-up/move out/anything. Funny asl you don't see them replying to reviews too to fix any problems lol where u at Tracy property 'manager'. Go to Cicero or Berwyn instead lol

I appreciate Mastercare staff and their support. Whenever I have a question or issue, they are always courteous, professional and willing to go the extra step to find a solution. I have looked to Chris & Patty's assistance on may occasion and there is always willing to help and goes the extra mile to make sure I understand the solution. I have recommended Mastercare Building Services to several of the HOA communities around me. Thank you for all your support and assistance. It is much appreciated.

I had a great experience with Mastercare as a whole and Patty & Chris. I couldn't recommend them more! They're very professional and great people to take care of the association needs. I appreciate the quality and work ethic they bring.
