I tried to set up an appointment to view two different units that just became available and Aisha was unhelpful and unnecessarily rude. If thats how they act to set up viewings I cant imagine reaching out for maintenance or other issues. Will be staying far away from this management company on my apartment search.

I love the management team @ BA Feller . They help me when no one else would help me and my son . After we lost our home due to a fire. They went over and beyond to make sure I was able to afford the rent . When I need something fixed in my place . They just one away and they fix whatever I need at the time .

I've stayed in BA Feller properties for well over 10 years, and have enjoyed the building complex and location so much that I recently moved back after having lived in LA and Miami for several years. They welcomed me back and made it very convenient for me to transition back to Chicago, which I greatly appreciate. The building I am in is safe and cleaned regularly, which I also appreciate. I love the updated units. My unit was nice before, but the modern redo really makes it pop. Whenever I've had an issue with my unit, it has typically been met with a response and remedy within 48 to 72 hrs. There have been a few rare occasions when this was not the case. The building pretty quiet and the residents respectful, which is great. There's not alot of commotion or ruckus. The BA Feller staff are generally professional, fair, and pretty no-nonsense when it comes to managing the property. If you aren't a good and responsible tenant, I wouldn't recommend staying in their properties, as you will likely be asked to leave or your lease won't be renewed. Most of the residents in my building have been here for years, many even longer than myself, and don't seem to be leaving anytime soon as the area and rental price are great and affordable! My neighborhood and block are very quiet and clean, and conveniently located near both downtown Oak Park and Forest Park, including several shopping centers, restaurants, and most of the things you may want or need in your neighborhood. In addition, it's also conveniently located near the city and the 290 expressway, making it a simple commute when there is no traffic. But be warned, with several schools and all of the attractions in the area, traffic can be a drag during rush hour and on weekends. Other than that, I would highly recommend BA Feller properties to anyone that is a responsible tenant and looking for a quiet, affordable, and convenient place to live.
