I lived in one of the apartment buildings on Washington Ave for a year back from 2017-2018. Not sure if she's still there, but Olivia lived on site at the time and was a sort of building manager. She was great. I had a couple plumbing issues when I lived there, nothing major, but they were taken care of promptly same or next day. Looking back, that apartment was such a great value with nice, low-key neighbors.

They are very bad and horrible. They gave me broken appliances . Their air conditioner cannot cool. I called them many times and they neglected my calls . Be careful from those scammers . I wished I had had some information about their trouble management.

This is one of the BEST management companies in Oak Park, IL. They are a family owned and have some beautiful apartments. I really like how they rehab the apartment units and offer a very high level of customer service with tenants.
