Sam helped me with a nightmare tenant. I contacted him to process and eviction in Chicago, and he was able to work out a cash-for-keys deal that saved me months of court appearances, lost rent, stress, and expense. This tenant was a real nut case, who sent endless emails, and had an un-ending list of demands. Sam answered all these emails and worked with the tenant to set up an end to the tenancy. I am not selling the condo, and will have Sam do the legal paperwork for the sale.

Sam Nedeau truly goes above and beyond as a real estate attorney. I purchased my property in 2004. Especially in contrast to an attorney that I had hired for a prior property purchase, Sam was patient, very communicative, knowledgeable, and generally provided excellent customer service. I had the pleasure of speaking to Sam again recently. I realized that I had misplaced all of my closing documents from 2004. I called up Sam, and not only did he remember my name and my property, but he immediately knew which documents I needed. Without hesitation, he offered to scan and email me what I needed. Unlike any of the other lawyers that I've had to deal with in the past, he did not try to hurry me off of the phone or forward me to some paralegal. I will definitely work with Sam again the next time I purchase a property!
