This was our first home closing. Mr. Karbin was wonderful to work with. Since day one he answered any questions we had with patience. He went above and beyond to try and meet our closing goals. We did have to reschedule our closing twice but nothing that was within our control ( seller's side). At the time of closing Mr. Karbin was very thorough and answered any questions that we had. Never in my life have I ever dealt with an attorney who is just pure evil and combative at every angle in dealing with my attorney to close on my prospective home I day before closing is supposed to happen. We've been very patient to close for over a month now and this attorney is just a pure jackass! He represents the seller and he is setting his client up for a lawsuit for defaulting on the contract!
