Trafficking awareness. Hotel staff attempted to enter room while my wife was sleeping. Person entered room minutes after they watched me leave hotel. Confronted front desk rep named Matt who initially said he didnt know what happened but eventually admitted that he had given out a key to a guest without checking their ID. This check was at 7:30am. Hotel check in time is 3:00pm. Huge red flag. I have evidence of staff being rude and even throwing my papers on the floor upon check out. I am disgusted with this stay and will not be returning.

Great front line service staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay
Rooms: The room had all the comforts of home everything except a gas stove. A full size refrigerator and a dishwasher with glass plates,utensils,glasses ect. Hot breakfast 6:30am-9:30am

Close to hospital where I was having a surgical procedure. Room was comfortable and roomy.
