They have NOTHING open and blame EVERYTHING BON Covid 19. Pool closed, breakfast closed, housekeeping closed, computer don't work. All they say it's Covid 19 fault. No one EVER at front desk to even get new linens or towels when needed. I accidentally walked into the housekeeping area and seen at LEAST cans of bedbug products. Don't stay here unless you have to

room was clean/quiet but needed an upgrade, a little smelly. Bathroom was not OK. Warm water in sink, but shower valves were adjusted to only allow hot water. I could not take a shower. Washed my hair in the sink which was rusty and needed replacement. I would not stayi here again. No breakfast or pool due to covid

I got my stay at the Baymont for free and I still think it is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There was a hole in the hall way, cleaning supplies left laying around, two headboards in my room with one bed, the whole place was super out dated, didnt have breakfast even though it was advertised, and the bathroom mirror was dirty with someone elses toothpaste splatters!
Giving two instead of one star because the receptionist was very nice.

Something we're "clean" but not everything. Very little attention to detail when it comes to house keeping. Shower floor was disgusting and there was mold growing in the bathroom on the shower curtain and surrounding area. This place works if you're in a stranded situation like I was but otherwise I would say there are better options out there. The clerk was extremely nice and let me barrow a phone charger so that was a plus.
