Stopped by to purchase a roll of quarters in the drive thru and the staff was very helpful! Didnt realize it had changed ownership until afterwards, but so glad to see a local bank moving into this location and Im sure they will provide great service!

Been doing business here for 10 years. Had some issues I posted earlier but since Jennifer the Branch manager took some time to reach out to resolve the issues, I can honestly say I am super comfortable with this facility and would do business with them anytime.

I was with Marine Bank for a little over a year to get a VA Loan. At first, I received wonderful service. As time went on, I started hearing less and less from my mortgage lender. It would take 5+ emails to even get a response. One of the latest responses I received was basically "look, im doing what I can". It was extremely disrespectful. If I had a question I would have to just show up to the bank in order for something to happen. He kept telling me to "Hang on" or "it'll get processed soon". One email stated "I will have your approval letter either today, or tomorrow at the latest". Two weeks went by and never heard back from him. Finally I sent him one last email and said "I have decided to go a different direction, and would like all my paperwork to be collected". Within ONE MINUTE, I get an email back saying "Yeah its probably best to just go with someone else". The next day I had an approval letter, and purchased a home with another bank. Cannot believe I wasted my time. Obviously showed they do not care about Veterans, and if they get busy, they push you to the end of the line.  THANKS A LOT SCOTT DILLON FOR WASTING MY TIME :)
