        We had an issue with a check that was deposited for the wrong amount. I tried calling the St Louis branch where it happened and nothing was done for weeks. Finally called Commerce in Normal and Allison took care of it "Jimmy John Fast!"

        Went in this morning, ONLY customer there. Staff strolling around and chatting while I stand at the entrance where the sign says Wait Here for Service. All I want is to make a deposit and leave. Took 10 minutes, no "Good morning", no "Have a nice day". Sorry, but I thought I had accidentally walked into the DMV.
