they hit me up with 3 $32 fees even though there $18 in my account and clearly a processing error. i went in there talking to conrad and had a banker verify on my behalf that things like this have happened before but it was a processing error, not my fault. don then comes in to say this is my fault i did this to myself, whatever. called and had someone else take a look at it and they refunded me because they saw that it was clearly a processing error. not only that, but i updated info and whoever at that bank fell short of that and never updated any of the info. i also want to point out dons incompetence by him having to contact my fianc about her SSN. she opened her bank account with the branch manager, don, and he had to call her back because he lost her SSN on the Post-it note he made her write it on. also neither of us had received the refer a friend bonus so why refer a friend if youre not actually going to get your gift card? so glad to be couple day away from not having this burden anymore.

hope you guys dont promote from within, maybe Toms a new hire that just doesnt know what hes doing? ive never been treated the way i was treated today. do better
