Great store, I usually do curbside as its easier, but the few times I've gone into the store it's always so clean, the associates are always willing to help, and they always have what I need. Very grateful to have such a great location by me!

I recently bought items through the curbside pick-up. Not only they don't have signage to indicate this service . As soon as I got home, I noticed that one of my items was torn open. I called the number that was provided in the bag, but to no help whatsoever the attendant I spoke to was no help to resolve my problem. I didn't get options to help my situation. I was left to tell the attendant my own opinions to fix my problem. I would appreciate it if maybe Party City would train their employees in efficiency customer service .

I got there right as they opened to get a bouquet of balloons. Employee at the register was quite rude.
