Chase Bank

Jasmin and Damian at this location are both racist and disgusting. They were speaking down on my mother because she does not speak English fluently and would not give her any info about her account. They told her to call a number and ignored her when she tried to speak. Really disappointing to see people like this as branch managers. Such a joke

The Federal Reserve has set baseline rules for check deposits: The first $225 must be available the next business day, while amounts from $226 to $5,525 must be available within two business days after the deposit, and amounts of $5,525 or more generally should be accessible on the seventh business day. Yet this bank told me that I had a hold on a $2100 check due to increase in check fraud I went to 2 chase banks and asked to speak with a manager both times were denied finally the first chase I went to with an African American branch Manager called me back and admitted that customer service and bankers were wrong and they should have cleared my check luckily I got my money within the period I was supposed to elsewise it would have been a clean easy lawsuit that would be settled I think the government charges the bank 1 million a day per time they dont release a legit check

The only reason I rate this 2 stars is because the staff is ALWAYS beyond helpful and kind. Other then that this has to be one of the most broken down Chase Banks in the US. The drive thru lanes ALWAYS have signs stating ALL the stuff that doesn't work. Don't waste your time.
